1.Physical vapor deposition

Physical vapor deposition technology can be used to obtain a certain color oxide film or alloy film on the surface of stainless steel screws. Physical vapor deposition has sputtering coating, vacuum coating, ion plating, ion implantation, etc.. Commonly used targets include TiO2, Al2O3, SnO2, Cr, Ti, Ni and alloys. Vacuum vapor deposition, resistance heating vapor deposition, induction heating vapor deposition, etc. Sputtering coating includes ion beam sputtering film, magnetron sputtering deposition, etc. These technologies do not use harmful chemical reagents and drugs, do not emit any toxic and harmful gases and waste liquids, and do not pollute the natural environment. The film has a gorgeous luster, good corrosion and oxidation resistance, no fading, not easy to scratch, not easy to break, peel and surface abrasion above 90° bending, and not affected by ultraviolet rays, so it can be used as a unique automotive decoration material.
 

2.Chemical treatment coloring

Stainless steel screw surface after chemical treatment, in the interference of light shows a variety of colors, its color mainly depends on the chemical composition of the surface oxide film, organizational structure, surface finish and the thickness of the film and other factors. The advantage of chemical coloring method is that coloring stainless steel screws can be very complex, and the color obtained is uniform, but the operating temperature is high, and the reproducibility of the color is more difficult to ensure. 
 

3.Organic material coating coloring

Organic matter coating coloring method is the stainless steel screws after surface degreasing, phosphating, chromate treatment, coated with organic coatings, and then baked. Coating commonly used coatings are alkyd resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyamino resin, polysiloxane resin, epoxy resin, etc.. The color coating prepared for stainless steel screws has both good coloring, molding and weathering properties of organic substances and mechanical properties and easy processing properties of stainless steel screws, which can be processed for punching, bending, deep punching, riveting, welding, etc. It is widely used in various industries such as vehicles, furniture and electrical appliances.
